This is the ninety-fifth chapter overall of the My Dress-Up Darling manga series written and illustrated by Shinichi Fukuda.
Summary[]
A package arrives for Wakana at his house. It is the traditional kimono that he ordered previously. It is in a deep, heavy, and elegant black, which he remarks is beautiful. He begins to gush at how amazing the fabric is and how it is exactly the black he has been looking for. He inspects the texture which he notes is not something you can get in a brand-new textile. He sighs and reflects on the troubles that he went through to get the fabric and how it was worth it.
The kimono was something the previous owner's grandmother made in a kimono-making class. Wakana had asked them if it was alright to use it in his costume and they agreed. They also sent some kimono accessories along with the kimono. Wakana supposes that the previous owner might have assumed that he was a girl because of his name.
He goes through the package and finds a bag, a pair of zouri, and an obi which is in such a beautiful white color that must have been made to be paired with the black kimono. Wakana runs his fingers through the obi and notes that it has such a calm and brilliant gloss.
He eyes the corset that he already made for the Haniel costume. He knows that the obi does not fit the setting of the story and reckons that he's so tired that maybe he can't think straight. However, an image of Haniel comes to him and makes him think that he should remake the corset using the obi.
A few days pass and an exhausted Wakana comes up to his room. Before he passes out, he sends a message to Marin saying that the costume is finally finished.
