This is the eighth and final chapter of the ninth volume and the seventy-first chapter overall of the My Dress-Up Darling manga series written and illustrated by Shinichi Fukuda.
Summary[]
At the after-party, Miyako removes her makeup and looks like a totally different person. While the group is looking over the pictures they have taken, Chitose notices Akira being silent and uncomfortable.
A server comes in and delivers their food and drinks. Miyako asks Akira to hand her her handbag. She takes out her dolls so she could take a picture of them with the food. Wakana's heart races when he finds out that even grown-ups walk around with dolls and talk to them. He beams at the thought that he is not the only one who does these things.
Marin compliments Miyako's dolls and shows her a picture of her dolls which she posted on social media. She shares that since she's careless with her bag, her dolls end up dirty, so she leaves them at home. She remembers Wakana bringing his dolls to school, too. Miyako comments that it's always nicer to have your favorites with you for peace of mind. Wakana passionately agrees with her.
Meanwhile, Miyako receives a message that their friends won't be able to do the group cosplay that they planned for the next weekend. They have already reserved a studio, so it will just be her and Akira.
Marin asks what they were planning to cosplay. Suzuka answers that they're doing Coffin. Chitose and Marin are fans of it, but Wakana doesn't know what it is. Marin explains that Coffin is a horror mystery game where nuns in a convent keep getting killed one after another, with the main question being: "who is doing it?"
Chitose asks to join their cosplay since they need a total of six people. He's a fan of the game and it's easy to cosplay since nun habits hide one's body shape. Suzuka and Miyako happily accept while Akira stays silent while sipping her drink.
Chitose asks Marin to join them, too, since they are still short three cosplayers for Coffin. However, Miyako, Suzuka and Akira have a negative reaction to this suggestion, although it does not seem that the others noticed. Marin hesitates because she's still on a diet and she won't be able to do new cosplays. Chitose suggests that she just buy her costume just like them. Marin peeks at Wakana to see his reaction, and he tells her that she should go for it. With this, she decides to join the Coffin cosplay, too.
Marin remembers something and asks Suzuka if she could invite another cosplayer to join them. Wakana realizes who Marin is calling and doubts that she would accept since she's incredibly particular about her cosplays. The person on the other line answers Marin's call and it's Sajuna Inui.

- He tells Marin that she should join too, but this gets a negative reaction from Suzuka's group. She hesitates to participate since she is on a diet, but Chitose convinces her to just buy a ready-made costume.
- Marin calls Sajuna to join the group cosplay.
