This is the fifth chapter of the ninth volume and the sixty-eighth chapter overall of the My Dress-Up Darling manga series written and illustrated by Shinichi Fukuda.
Summary[]
Wakana and Marin are attending their third cosplay event. They part ways, with Marin meeting up with Suzuka and Wakana meeting up with Akira.
Marin finds Suzuka and shows the latter her new DSLR camera. They wonder where Amane is, since he was supposed to meet up with them as well. Somewhere, Amane is held up by photographers and attendees who want to take a picture with him crossplaying as Hokuto from CosLuv. He was on his way to meet Marin when someone flagged him down for a picture. However, a line formed and he couldn't get away.
Marin finds him and playfully asks to take his picture. She had come to find him when he was running late. Suzuka catches up with Marin and sees Amane. She is awestruck at how awesome she finds his cosplay. She rambles on about how grateful she is to have seen such a top-drawer crossplay.
After Marin takes Amane's picture, he asks her where Wakana is. She explains that Wakana is meeting up with a propmaker. Suzuka chimes in and shares that she came with her friends as well, and one of them is meeting with a high school girl who sews costume for her friend.
Meanwhile, Wakana and Akira text each other what they were wearing so they can finally meet up. Wakana sees Akira and is surprised by what he sees. He realizes that Akira, who Wakana assumed to be a guy, was actually a girl. Akira, who also assumed that Wakana was a girl, sees that Wakana is actually a guy.
