This is the sixth chapter of the first volume and the sixth chapter overall of the My Dress-Up Darling manga series written and illustrated by Shinichi Fukuda.
Summary[]
Wakana and Marin go to the handicraft store. Wakana shows the detailed sketch he made of Shizuku Kuroe's outfit. Marin is overwhelmed at the detail but goes over somet details including the choker. They pick out the fabric first and Wakana likes the thicker fabric to represent Shizuku's status. Wakana then panics that he has no cash but Marin has an envelope of cash ready. Wakana is hesitant at first until Marin mentioned she had been saving up for cosplay for a while.
After shopping for a bit they head to the wig shop, Swallowtail. Wakana is amazed when he walks in which Marin isn't surprised by. He notices all the details and all the different styles. Marin takes him to a medium black wig but Wakana goes for the deep violet wig because a purple tint is more Shizuku's style. He also mentions that the length needs to be longer so it needs to be trimmed for accuracy. Marin mentions she can get it trimmed by her stylist and Wakana likes that idea. Marin thanks Wakana for something to help her out and Wakana is happy that he's useful.
The final store is the lingerie store for garters and stockings. Wakana gets anxious and wants to leave as soon as possible. Despite Marin's claims that couples come in all the time, Wakana still gets embarrassed. Marin shows him the garter and he quickly closes the curtain. Marin mentions that she wanted to show off some sexy style as a thanks for helping her out. Wakana ends up screaming that he can't take it.
