This is the 108th chapter overall of the My Dress-Up Darling manga series written and illustrated by Shinichi Fukuda.
Summary[]
Chapter 108 follows continue after 107 after a couple second time skip from a kiss. At the beginning of the chapter Wakana must have told Marin about what had happened between him and Non-chan. Wakana also apologizes to Marin that he was making on the train (Chapter 100).
After a while, Wakana finally realizes how close they both are while sitting to each other feeling embarrassed. He asked Marin that she was a little too close but she said she always been that close to him and he denies it. He also tells Marin that she doesn't have to worry about costumes and that he didn't like how Marin would go out in front of people because that he'll he needs to do it so he can find it fun like she does and get used to it.
Marin also talks about how when she was surrounded in comiket she gotten lots of compliments from the crowd. Marin didn't hate it that she was getting compliments and that she was there at comiket and was happy about it while having fun too. Marin had a feeling that it wasn't meant for her. But it wasn't that make her happy it was the fact that Wakana is making her costumes and her getting to cosplay her favorite characters is what makes her happy most of all, and when Wakana complimented her she said it made her feel happy like a happy girl making that the best part then her saying that she loves Wakana so much.
Suddenly Marin remembers something scaring Wakana making him think she was going to kiss him. Marin remembered about all the praising she was getting from fans of "Mandate of Heaven". The author (Tokio Shiba) and Shougo Mizoue also complimented her about the cosplay. Wakana isn't sure its a compliment due to how short it is but Marin says it is. Wakana thinks that it is someone with very high standards to tweet it. Marin would thank Shiba-sensei on Wakana's account.
It went silent then Marin asked a question, she asked if that was it beautiful. Wakana in response said yes which made Marin excited. Marin remembered that the word "beautiful" was something that is special to him. It mad her happy and hug onto him by the side. She held onto him very strong which made it difficult for Wakana to move out of the position. Marin asked what cosplay that did he like the best. Wakana remembered how good she looked while wearing a kimono during the Fireworks Festival Arc and also how she looked in her usual clothes. But instead he said she looked good in all of her cosplays and that she had enchanted him for a while. She didn't like how he didn't say that earlier but he said he never thought of it until now, then she forced him to say it now. Marin begged Wakana but he was too embarrassed until he finally brought the courage to call her beautiful making him fully embarrassed and face palming that made Marin smile and saying "I love you so much".
